Vision With Intention brings together business-minded women who are ready to grow, scale, connect, collaborate and build relationships that extend beyond a single event.
Highlights from the first annual Vision With Intention experience, the night this community began.
"When I build something, it is never random. Vision With Intention was not built overnight. It was created through years of thought, preparation, creativity and a clear vision for bringing the right people together."Dava Kemp · Founder, Vision With Intention

The same application opens to all women. Same standards, same community.

Learn MoreVWI was not created overnight. It grew from years of thought, preparation, creativity and intentional planning. This is not a community for everyone, and that is okay. It is for women who believe in genuine relationships, collaboration, personal development, professional growth and community impact.
VWI began with one room, one night, and a group of women who left with more than they came with. Relationships were created. Bonds were formed. Valuable connections were made. It was never intended to end there.

Get the Announcement FirstVWI provides four signature quarterly experiences each year — designed around the evolving needs of its members. Topics may include business growth, leadership, visibility and branding, financial education, wellness, collaboration and personal development.
Dates for 2026–2027 quarterly experiences will be shared with founding members after the membership window closes.
Quarterly experience dates will be confirmed and communicated to members. Not all VWI events are included with membership — some events may require a separate ticket.
In addition to its four quarterly member experiences, VWI plans to include a separate community-impact initiative. This may include service projects, scholarship fundraising, mentorship access or other support for entrepreneurs and the surrounding community. Details will be shared as programs are confirmed.

The award given to a selected participant — a fully sponsored seat in the I Am Dava K Business Growth Cohort, paid directly to the program provider.
The mentorship program in which the scholarship recipient participates — a separate business program owned by Dava, offered twice per year with up to six participants per cohort.
Each cohort includes up to six participants. Five participants enroll as paying clients through I Am Dava K. One participant receives a fully sponsored seat — funded through the VWI Vision Scholarship. VWI pays the program provider directly on behalf of the scholarship recipient. The scholarship recipient does not receive cash.
VWI may also raise enough funding to offer additional full or partial scholarships when resources allow. Scholarship selection follows a clear application and review process.
The VWI Business Directory is a members-only resource featuring the businesses of our founding members. Directory listings will be published after founding membership is approved and the application window closes.

VWI may develop additional programming to support early-stage entrepreneurs, women in underserved communities and other individuals who could benefit from access to resources and relationships.
The Vision Grant Fund is VWI's fundraising initiative to raise resources for scholarship awards and community programs. Details on fundraising and fund use will be shared as programs are confirmed.
VWI is preparing to operate as a nonprofit organization. Federal 501(c)(3) status has not yet been approved. Community impact program details are subject to change as VWI grows.
